2. Eligibility for Returns:

   • It must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any).

   • Returns must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable Items:

   • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

   • Personal care products (e.g. makeup, underwear)

   • Digital products or downloadable items

4. Return Shipping:

   • Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or damaged on arrival.

   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status.

• Approved Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your card issuer or bank.

• Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account.

  • Then contact your credit card company or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

• Photos or videos of the damage/defect

• Your order number

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.

• Once the item has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
